Why I Chose Real Estate
One of the most common questions I get from friends, family and clients is why I chose Real Estate. Real Estate, like every other industry, has its pros and cons. When I was deciding what I wanted to do with my career I focused on the positives rather than the negatives. Below are my top 5 reasons why I chose real estate:
Helping people
Going into this industry can be thrilling, yet terrifying at the same time. The feeling of helping someone go through such an important opportunity in their life is very honoring to me. We understand first-hand how stressful it can be to buy or sell a home for the first time. Real Estate is not just a transaction, it’s an experience that can be emotional for people. Being there for someone in this transitional moment is what I find so rewarding.
Every day is different
I love the idea of everyday being different than the day before. The idea of having the same routine, the same office, and doing the same things everyday is not what I want out of my job. I love the idea of embarking on a different adventure every day and being in control of what I do.
Building relationships
Along with every day being different than the other, I enjoy the opportunity to meet many new people. Starting my day with the potential of meeting new people and creating a strong relationship with them is invaluable. You get to learn a lot from people just like they get to learn from you. This industry allows you to become close friends with your clients.
Sky is the limit
In this industry, the sky is the limit. The amount of time and energy you put in this industry is what you’ll get out of it. Being able to control and create my own destiny is what pushed me to start my career in real estate.
Get to see incredible homes
I have always had a passion for interior design and organization. I am fascinated by the thought of being able to transform a space into what I envision. Touring homes is always one of the most exciting parts of my day. I love what I do and I’m always excited about the next adventure and the next relationship I get to build with my client.
